HEADUX at the 29th Beijing Essen Welding & Cutting Fair 2026
June 29 to July 2, 2026 · Shenzhen, China
From June 29 to July 2, 2026, HEADUX exhibited at the 29th Beijing Essen Welding & Cutting Fair at the Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center.

At Hall 6, Booth 61826, we welcomed welding professionals, manufacturers, distributors and automation specialists from China and markets around the world. The four-day event gave visitors an opportunity to explore HEADUX products, discuss industrial applications with our team and test selected welding equipment at the booth.

Welding, Cutting and Automation Solutions on Display
HEADUX presented products from across its welding and cutting portfolio, including professional welding machines, combined welding and cutting systems, laser welding equipment and welding power sources developed for robotic automation applications.
The exhibition allowed customers to compare different equipment configurations and discuss solutions for manual welding, industrial production and automated welding systems.
Rather than limiting the booth to static product displays, the HEADUX team provided hands-on demonstrations and technical explanations based on visitors’ actual production requirements.
Hands-On Testing of Industrial Welding Equipment
Visitors were able to adjust machine settings and test selected HEADUX industrial welding equipment directly at the booth.

One of the demonstrated welding power systems can be used as part of a robotic welding cell when integrated with an industrial robot arm. It can also operate independently for standalone welding applications, giving manufacturers greater flexibility when planning manual and automated production processes.

The live testing sessions allowed customers to experience the equipment’s controls, welding performance and operating workflow more directly.
Strong Interest in the New NEXA Series
The newly developed HEADUX NEXA Series was one of the main highlights of the exhibition.
Its large-format display and redesigned user interface attracted considerable attention from both domestic and international visitors. Customers examined the machines closely and spoke with the HEADUX team about welding processes, operating requirements and potential industrial applications.
The CMT 250 ACDC also generated frequent inquiries during the event, reflecting growing customer interest in flexible welding equipment for demanding and varied applications.

Robotic Welding and HGXD Integration
Robotic welding power sources were another major focus of customer discussions.
Visitors spoke with the HEADUX team about how its industrial welding power equipment can work with robotic arms and how the same equipment can also support standalone welding operations.
One of the most distinctive demonstrations at the booth connected the HEADUX NEXA ULTRA 200 AC/DC with an HGXD quadruped robotic platform. The demonstration brought welding power technology and mobile robotics together in a single exhibition setup and provided a new perspective on potential flexible automation applications.

This was a demonstration of equipment connectivity and should not be interpreted as the announcement of a commercially released autonomous welding system.
Conversations with Welding Professionals from Around the World
Throughout the exhibition, HEADUX welcomed visitors and industry professionals from different international markets.
The discussions covered welding performance, equipment selection, robotic integration and possible cooperation opportunities. Feedback and technical questions from these visitors will continue to support the development of HEADUX products for professional welding and industrial automation.
We would like to thank everyone who visited the HEADUX booth and took the time to test our equipment and speak with our team.
